Salon Alure is a modern, family-owned salon with locations in Purcellville and Lovettsville, VA.  We offer hair, skincare, and med-spa services and products.  We strive to maintain an upbeat work environment where our team members love what they do, and our guests love their experience while in our care.

We are currently seeking a licensed hair stylist to join our Purcellville and/or Lovettsville Teams!

Position Responsibilities:

• Acknowledge and greet all guests
• Provide friendly, prompt services to our guests to create amazing experiences and satisfaction
• Adhere to company standards for guest service and cleanliness
• Track your sales and attend professional growth meetings so that we can help you advance your career/success in the industry
• Attend education meetings to further refine your skillset
• Lend a helping hand to team members as needed

Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid Virginia cosmetology license
• At least 1 year experience or newly graduated from cosmetology school
• Flexible, willing to work weekends/evenings
• Professional appearance and demeanor, as well as positive/friendly attitude
• Team player and willing to learn
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of the team
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
